UPS was involved in the Best Disaster Response and Community Resilience Program category. Through its Humanitarian Relief & Resilience Program, the UPS Foundation offers precarious, lifesaving service to needy communities, advantaging worldwide transportation network and logistics expertise of UPS. This flight was carrying 48 metric tons of antiseptic and prepared the cargo of 5.4 million medical supply articles, containing masks, gowns and gloves, to its humanitarian allies for ground distribution.
